My name is Daria Novikova. I'm an emotional coach working online with women and men. You can come to coaching with questions about feelings, recurring responses, personal boundaries or a decision that feels difficult to make.

My training
I completed full certification at the Exponential Coaching Academy, founded by Mikhail Saidov. My study and training took 18 months.

What matters in our work
Your right to choose. I can ask questions and invite another perspective. Decisions about your life remain yours.
A manageable pace. Sometimes we may spend time with one question. You do not have to share more than you feel ready to discuss.
Clarity. You can ask what a question means, say when something does not suit you and revisit what you want from our work.
A connection to ordinary life. Reflection matters, and so does what you want to try outside the conversation.
Why online
Every session takes place by video call. There is no journey to fit into your day. You can join from somewhere convenient, with enough privacy to speak freely.
Online does not automatically mean suitable for every situation. If you cannot talk privately at home, consider whether another location would work and discuss any practical restrictions first. We agree on the platform, timing and session language in advance.
Meet before you decide
The intro meeting is a chance to ask about me and my approach, talk about what brings you to coaching and consider whether you would like to continue.
