When one small request feels like too much: finding a next step through emotional overwhelm
When small requests feel too much, separate real deadlines from internal pressure and choose a manageable next step without demanding more of yourself.
Online emotional coaching
I'm Daria Novikova, or Dasha. I'm an emotional coach working online with women and men. Our conversations offer time to notice what you are feeling, explore what keeps repeating and consider a next step that makes sense for you.
You do not need a polished explanation. "I'm finding things difficult at the moment" is a place to start.
Sessions are held in Russian.
We begin with an intro meeting. You can decide about further coaching afterwards.

You may be getting through work, answering messages and looking after everyday responsibilities. Meanwhile, your own feelings keep slipping to the bottom of the list.
Perhaps you recognise one of these experiences:
You can bring any of these questions to an intro meeting. We will discuss whether coaching is an appropriate fit.
You can explore how you recognise feelings, separate observations from assumptions, express limits and make choices that reflect what matters to you.
The focus might be specific, such as pausing before an automatic yes. Or we might begin by finding words for something that feels unclear. There is no requirement to redesign your whole life. I do not promise a particular outcome or a timetable for change.
Tell me a little about what brought you here. "I'd like to ask about an intro meeting" is enough.
We will get to know each other, discuss what you want to explore and talk through the format. Details: free, 20 minutes.
After the intro meeting, we can discuss available packages, fees and scheduling. All sessions take place online by video call.

I completed full certification with the Exponential Coaching Academy, founded by Mikhail Saidov. My study and training took 18 months.
The way I want to work leaves room for your judgement, your choices and a pace you can manage.
My training is in exponential coaching. This approach can explore the thinking through which you interpret a situation, alongside the actions you take. The Method page explains this in everyday language, including the boundaries of coaching.

When small requests feel too much, separate real deadlines from internal pressure and choose a manageable next step without demanding more of yourself.

Find words for your feelings without forcing certainty. Separate emotions from assumptions, make room for mixed feelings and decide what to share.

Notice automatic people pleasing, take time before agreeing and revisit a promise without abandoning care for yourself or other people.
Do you need a clear goal? How do online sessions work? How is coaching different from therapy? The FAQ brings these answers together so you can get a feel for the process.
