Understand the response before choosing what comes next

Sometimes you know what you would like to do, yet find yourself responding in a familiar way. A coaching conversation can slow down that moment: what happened, what you made of it and what choices are available now.

What exponential coaching means here

Exponential coaching is associated with Mikhail Saidov and his academy. The academy describes a focus on working with thinking. In everyday language, this involves examining familiar assumptions through which a person understands themselves and their circumstances.

The name does not promise rapid or multiplied results. Here, it describes a coaching context for conversation, reflection and choices. It does not mean medical treatment or a promise of healing.

What a session may look like

We begin by choosing what deserves your attention today. It might be a particular conversation, a decision you are putting off or a recurring feeling you want to understand.

We can then look more closely: what you know, what you are thinking, how you feel and what you want. I may ask questions or invite you to examine an explanation you usually take for granted. You do not have to agree with every interpretation I offer.

Towards the end, we can gather what feels clearer and consider whether you want to try anything between sessions. Sometimes that is an action. Sometimes it is noticing one recurring response. Any practice is discussed together rather than imposed as homework.

What stays in your hands

You choose what to discuss and which decisions to make. You can decline a question, ask for a pause or say that a particular way of exploring something is not helpful.

There is no need to perform personal growth. Difficult circumstances are not automatically a thinking error. Your resources, relationships and real constraints belong in the conversation too.

What coaching is, and what it is not

Coaching can provide a setting to explore everyday choices, habits, goals and your relationship with feelings. It does not include diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, medical advice or changes to medication.

Therapy can also address feelings, goals and daily life. The distinction is not simply that therapy looks back while coaching looks ahead. The practitioner's qualifications, the support being offered and the person's needs matter. Clinical needs belong with an appropriately qualified professional.

Is this the right kind of support for you?

We can discuss that at an intro meeting. Buying a package is not the automatic next step if another kind of support would be more appropriate.

If you are in crisis, contact emergency or medical services where you are. Do not wait for urgent help through coaching messages.
